Is this an official Meta product?

No. NODBOT Developer Kit is built by NETVERSE. It works with agent platforms that expose an open API, and MUSE agents are one of them. We have no partnership, licence, or endorsement from Meta, and we don't use their marks or logos.

Do I need another subscription?

No. The kit doesn't include an agent and doesn't charge monthly. It runs on the AI access you already have.

Why $129 — and what does the $40 upgrade to Heritage actually buy?

The $40 buys three things: dual-sensor fusion (ToF + millimetre-wave), full sleep staging, and stock — Heritage ships in 4–7 days instead of 30–60. If you don't need sleep staging and you're comfortable waiting, the Developer Kit is the better buy.

Why does it take 30–60 business days?

These are built to order — there's no warehouse stock. The window is the honest range from our production line, not a marketing buffer.

What if it arrives late?

You get a firm date update every two weeks. If we miss the final date we commit to — or you change your mind before dispatch — you get a full refund. No restocking fee.

Does it record audio?

It has a microphone with a physical mute switch. Audio is used to respond in the moment, not stored as recordings. Conversation memory stays on the device.

Can it see me in the dark?

No — there is no camera. It senses presence and movement in the room. It cannot produce an image of you, in the dark or otherwise.

Can I return it?

Yes — full refund any time before dispatch, and within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened. Return shipping is on you; refunds process in 5 business days.
